| Job Description | 【技術サポート及び製品検査業務】 ・日本市場での製造部門・技術・地域管理部門。・営業部門との交渉、折衝業務 ・マーケティング部門と協業しプロモーション、広告宣伝、技術文書作成、展示会等の企画、実施 ・特定顧客への高度なトラブルシューティング、技術問い合わせ、見積作業 ・特定顧客に向けた日本でのテストセンター設立 Description: This position is responsible for providing technical support and day-to-day operations of the Compressor seal tester. Job duties include: · Manage and continually improve interface with operations, Engineering, regional management, general sales force and project sales by coordinating, planning, reporting and process improvement of the compressor seals business in Japan. · Work with Marketing to help establish Flowserve as a leader in Compressor Seals & Systems in Japan through promotion, advertising, technical articles and regional trade shows. · Help with high level trouble shooting with key customers and manage any Technical enquires application, selection and quotations. · Help implement the new compressor seal test facility in Japan as the key internal customer for this facility · Track quotes and provide monthly updates to the S&OP process |

| Qualifications | ・同分野での3年以上の経験 ・チームメンバーとのコミュニケーション能力 ・大学卒（機械工学部系）もしくは同等レベルの実務経験 ・PC MSｱﾌﾟﾘｹｰｼｮﾝ・LotusNotes ・英語の読み書き ・業務の1～2割は国内外海外出張 ・組織能力・プレゼンスキル · At least 3 years of engineering experience preferably with compressor seal and system experience · Both compressor experience experience a real plus · Excellent communications and coordination skills and a motivated team player · Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree/field experience required. · Proficient with computers, Microsoft software and Lotus Notes. · Ability to speak and write English. · Candidate should be open to travel 10%-20%+ of the time within and outside Japan. · Excellent communications skills, organizational capabilities, presentation skills; |
