| Job Description | 【日本における人事・人事開発全般業務】 上級管理職との折衝能力、HR戦略の提言、提案 報酬制度(社内待遇方針に従って)の実施、実績管理、従業員福利厚生、社内教育、人事開発、採用、社員引止め策、日本の法律、会社ルールに従う 1. Provide the full spectrum of HR and development functions for both sites 2. Establish and maintain excellent relationship with Senior Managers of various Business Units 3. Provide advice and guidance to the senior management team on HR and business strategies. 4. Implement remuneration and benefits based on direction from Corporate C&B (Compensation and Benefits),performance management, employee benefits, learning and development, recruitment and retention processes and policies in Japan which are both being in compliant with local legislations as well as corporate standards and philosophies. 5. Ensure that skills requirements are met through workforce planning, staff development programs and external recruitment. 6. Develop strategies to facilitate, build and sustain effective culture and implement change in the organization. 7. Monitor and review the effectiveness of existing human resources services and policies provided to management and employees and initiate change where appropriate. |

| Qualifications | 【必須スキル】 HR実務経験 (マネージメントポジション経験含む) 米国系多国籍企業での経験 日本国内労働法 英語 【あれば尚可】 製造業界での経験 1. Degree in Any discipline, major in Human Resource would be advantages 2. Working experience in Human Resource inclusive of about 2 years in a leadership position 3. Prior working experience in manufacturing environment is preferred 4. Previous experience working in a US Based Multi-national will be an added advantage 5. Has experience working and managing senior managers 6. Good knowledge and understanding of Japan labor laws / regulations 7. Results focus 8. Team player |
