Job Description Are you looking to take your technical/Help Desk career to the next level?


EIRE Systems K.K. is seeking confident enthusiastic IT support candidates with a strong knowledge of Microsoft products, an interest in banking and finance, great communications skills and a bit of character to go with it!

This role will see you responsible for supporting the users of a busy trading floor in a global investment bank. Day to day duties may involve everything from 1st/2nd level queries, PC re-builds, chasing up old tickets, re-location projects and many other ad hoc technical tasks.

You will be quick to resolve issues either on the phone or face to face. You will have the confidence to deal with people in an extremely fast paced environment and enjoy the technical mix this role has to offer.

Qualifications Essential Skills include:
- Extensive Windows XP/2000/NT4 and PC hardware and software experience.
- Knowledge of network designs and support issues. Good troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes.
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level technical support
- Excellent communication skills and a confident approach

< Language needs >
(i) Native-level Japanese speakers with fluency in English
OR
(ii) Native-level English speakers with a good level written & and spoken competence in Japanese.

English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2)
Salary Depends on experience
Other Salary Description Highly Competitive salary dependant on skills and experience.
