| Job Description | * Leading real estate private equity investment platform * Excellent opportunity for junior level candidates with real estate finance or structured finance * Position Goals: - Supporting of negotiation with lenders and review and critically comment on financing condition to maximize performance of real estate investment and achieve investment strategy goals to cooperate with Acquisition team and Asset manger * Reporting: - Based in Tokyo, the position reports to the Head of the Financing Team * Responsibilities: - Primary liaison with lenders for financing of real estate investment in Japan - Support and advise underwriting of transactions prepared by Acquisition team from financing perspective - Review and critically comments on financing condition prepared by lenders - Support negotiation with lender and execution of loan agreement with Acquisition team - Understand and analyze each financing condition in various sector such as Office, Retail, Hotel, Logistics, Portfolio assets, Development project, Built-to-suit project etc - Reporting to Finance Director regarding financing information such as financing key term, Japanese lenders’ perspective and interest for each our investment etc - Assist Finance Director in preparation of financing strategy |
