| Job Description | * Global manager of industrial and logistical real estate * Chance to become a member of a new acquisition team * Excellent opportunity for junior candidates looking to develop a career in real estate investment - Due Diligence Coordinating - Inventory and track due diligence documents, ensure necessary documents are received and distributed to the appropriate parties - Interact/Coordinate with Consultants and employees in a timely, responsive manner to ensure due diligence is properly conducted - Tenant interviews - Transition to regional managers after closing * Price Real Estate: - Complete discounted cash flow pricing, using excel spreadsheet. - Model acquisition and joint venture structures - Perform “back of the envelope” calculations on prospective acquisitions -Assist Acquisition officers with production of Investment Committee acquisition recommendation reports. - Create and assemble materials to produce initial and final investment committee recommendations - Conduct market research and prepare economic overview - Summarize deal particulars and create exhibits to be presented to the investment committee * Review and abstract lease documents - Abstract, using lease abstract database - Enter "open issues" into database and follow up on issues - Provide Acquisitions, Development Commitment, and Capital Contributions |
