| Qualifications | • Graduate electrical and mechanical engineer • 5-10+ years experience in the field of consultancy or similar field, i.e. financial or construction background • Has strong design skills • Has strong analytical thinking • Management of projects and personnel on design related projects - preferably critical systems engineering • Able to deal and manage clients on projects and understand the issue on scope and keeping within scope • Has a strong understanding of contract conditions related to design and construction • Able to deliver high value projects through efficient management of time • Control of projects from inception to the final deliverable stage • Able to direct other consultants through the design process • Good communication skills - written and oral (English and Japanese) • Able to work alone without constant guidance • Has the ability to see the bigger picture in design and project management • Project management skills are essential • Understands cost versus time and deliverables |
