This is a team leader for 1-2 brands in a team responsible for a major luxury brand group consisting of 10 brand business companies. For global contract clients, you will work closely with the group's global brand team to lead an account management team of up to 5 people, mainly focusing on the media in Japan, and be responsible for 1) negotiating, coordinating, and proposing with global and local clients, and 2) improving the service quality of the entire team while maximizing the group's profits. |

| Job Requirements |
10-15 years of experience in marketing activities, including media planning and buying, in an advertising agency or the marketing department of a business company (sales experience at an advertising agency in magazines, OOH, and digital media is especially desirable). Language [Reading and writing]: Business experience is required. TOEIC score of 850 or higher. [Speaking]: Negotiating in English is required. TOEIC score of 850 or higher. PC skills Excel: Able to properly simulate the performance of media plans. Able to create data and graphs necessary for compiling, analyzing, and reporting digital campaign results. Word: Write/manage status reports and meeting minutes. PowerPoint: Create presentation materials |
