You will be in charge of building and operating a distribution scheme for a global EC service. First of all, you will be involved in the overall operation management, and when a new case arises, you will be in close negotiations with internal and external parties, and we will entrust you with building a distribution scheme that suits the client's attributes and needs. ▼Specifically... ① Distribution management and operation work for global EC services ┗Shipping arrangements, issuing instructions, billing and payment, etc. ┗Project promotion (cost optimization, system optimization, quality control, CS improvement) ┗Negotiations with stakeholders (sales, system vendors, overseas local representatives, accounting, various companies, etc.) ┗Various procedures with the government, etc. ② Building a new distribution scheme ┗Overall picture design (logistics, commercial flow, financial flow) ┗Research and analysis (customers, products, tariffs, laws and regulations, circumstances in each country, etc.) ┗Arrangements for warehouses and transportation ┗Negotiations with internal and external parties regarding estimates and contract conclusions ┗Operation design ③Administrative work ┗Order management, inventory management, accounting management, internal approval, etc. |
