Job Description	Take responsibility for the Accounting team of this global player in the automotive industry. Improve the internal existing processes and lead and motivate your team of capable accountants. Description * Ensure the quality of the internal accounting and reporting systems in accordance with IFRS and JGAAP. * Lead, motivate and develop the team of experienced Accountants you are responsible for. * Direct the team to improve the internal processes. * Manage and improve the internal ERP system on SAP basis. Japanese Level	Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Salary	JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 8000K - JPY 12000K
