• Reach out to existing customers to propose new ancillary products or increase spending. Currently used products • Troubleshoot or forward minor technical setup issues to relevant teams. • Renewals (Cloud) • Manage the sales process for customer renewals and identify upsells and cross-sells Enable opportunities within your account and close these deals prior to contract Expiry • Educate customers on digital products and Google products. • Participate in the design, development and execution of programs to improve Google Cloud renewal business. • Analyze and identify data trends, market trends and customer performance Develop implementation plans to deliver opportunities and maximize results |
