We are looking for an IR representative for one of the world's leading online gaming companies, which is listed on the Prime Exchange and has a market capitalization of over 2 trillion yen! The main role of the IR team is to understand the company's position from the perspective of investors and analysts based on the performance and business/financial status of the global group, and to create and communicate an equity message in the context of corporate finance. We plan the company's equity story and IR strategy from the management's perspective, explain the company's strategy and business status to the stock market, and at the same time, act as a bridge between management and investors by conveying feedback from the stock market that is useful for the business to management! Direct reporting to the group CFO/CEO, we are a small but elite team that acts as a frontline force. As a company that operates globally, each member is highly motivated to work with the aim of becoming a global top-class IR practice. ■Specific duties include: - Preparation of quarterly financial results presentation materials (Japanese and English) - Speaker at one-on-one meetings with institutional investors and sell-side analysts - Participation in IR conferences for institutional investors and overseas IR roadshows - Collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative information related to our group's business - Review of analyst reports on our company, analysis of performance forecast models - Analysis of trends in the global gaming and Internet industry (analysis of competitors' financial results and analyst reports, news flow research, etc.) |
