Job Description [Recruitment background]

There are two important applications of data science that are very important to us.

One is product recommendation.
The Data Science Department maintains a large number of product recommendation logic backends.
ML engineers are working day and night to improve them by running a hypothesis → verification loop.

The other is to improve the accuracy of decision-making and propose measures based on data.
The analysts in the Data Science Department work together with the project leaders to determine the issues, conduct analysis with hypotheses, and discuss what measures should be taken and what KPIs should be approached on a daily basis.

[Job Details]
With the support of others, you will be engaged in the following tasks.
・Selection of target improvement products (recommendation engines, search engines)
・Presentation of improvement possibilities through PoC and offline testing
・Development and production deployment of new algorithms
・Measurement of effectiveness based on A/B testing, and suggestions for the next improvement based on the measurement

・Experience in developing and operating a machine learning product in production
