＊既存のECのオペレーション担当として以下業務をご担当していただきます。 【業務内容】 1)工程及びトランジットタイムの管理 2)外注の作業会社とTYOBSの調整役 3)通関や作業に不具合があった場合のイレギュラー対応 4)SLSのEC担当と協力して、顧客要望に合わせた業務改善 5)年末年始等の休日及びセール時期のプラン作成 6)ECオペレーションのコスト管理 ＊新規EC案件について、SLSのEC担当の補佐としてプランの作成 |
