Job Description Our company has bases overseas, where people of different nationalities and values work every day.

In preparation for our IPO, we are looking for a full-time auditor who will set up an audit committee by December 2024 and lead the audit committee audits.

As a full-time auditor at our company, you will be responsible for all of the audit committee duties.

You will work with stakeholders such as internal audits, management departments, and audit corporations to carry out audits at the level required for a company preparing for an IPO, from formulating audit plans to carrying out audit procedures and preparing audit reports.

・Participate in board meetings, general shareholders' meetings, audit committee meetings, and shareholder report meetings
・Manage the audit committee and prepare minutes, etc.
・Formulate audit policies and plans
・General audit work, prepare audit reports
・Advise directors
・Deal with audit corporations
・Collaborate with the internal audit department
・Respond to interviews with securities companies and financial exchanges during the IPO preparation process
・Other related tasks

Requirements		 Required qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant qualification
- 5+ years of experience in audit work (Governance, Audit) at a mid-sized or larger auditing firm
- Sincere and well-balanced ethics
- Ability to converse in everyday English (must communicate with the COO)

Preferred qualifications
- Business level English
- 3+ years of experience in managerial or higher position at a mid-sized or larger auditing firm
- Knowledge of information systems
- Work experience at an internet company or startup
- Work experience at a global company (work experience in a workplace where business English is used in daily work)
- Experience as a full-time auditor at a listed company
