Job Description	■About the Position / Recruitment background You will be responsible for developing systems related to AI and data utilization (secure data collection and management, AI model management and AI analysis, and other AIOps related systems). These systems are designed to improve business efficiency by utilizing data from industries such as manufacturing (factories), logistics (warehouses), and retail. It is important to understand the client company's business and to design and develop a system that will allow for minimal changes in business operations while keeping maintenance and operation costs within business-acceptable limits. Some of these systems will be developed as our company's products, so we will entrust you with design and development, including architecture that can achieve a middle ground between individual optimization and overall optimization. You will be responsible for the development, bug fixing, and function addition of new services developed in-house, as well as development, bug fixing, and function addition work commissioned by client companies. Depending on your experience and skills, you will be asked to work on a wide range of processes. Job Requirements	Required ・Experience in back-end programming in Python or other languages (12+ months) ・Experience in front-end programming with HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc. (3+ months) ・Likes to research, select, and implement ways to realize systems based on requirements ・Japanese: native or advanced business level Preferred ・Experience in defining backend requirements and external design (6+ months or 2+ projects) ・Experience with libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc. (6+ months) ・Experience in development in a team of 3~4 people or more ・Experience in development of web systems using Python, etc. ・Experience in server development using RDBMS such as PostgreSQL ・Experience in AWS development ・Experience in Docker (Container) development ・Experience using Gitlab and Github
