Location: Tokyo OR Fukuoka

Responsibilities:

- Lead projects at various stages from client requirements gathering, business analysis, external design, development/configuration, testing, and implementation.

- Contribute to division-level and company-wide initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality, value-added consulting solutions to clients in accordance with Infosys guidelines, policies, and standards.

- Execute projects in collaboration with offshore teams (India side), client teams, and onsite teams (client-based members).

- Analyze client problems and create/document solutions.

Qualifications:

- Science background (Engineering, Mathematics, Information Science, etc.) welcome.

- Interested in fields such as business/IT consulting/solution delivery.

- Interested in the functions and future potential of platforms such as ERP and artificial intelligence.

- Excellent communication, presentation, speaking, and writing skills.

- Able to independently negotiate with clients on behalf of projects as necessary, and act as a trusted advisor in the future.

- High adaptability to the environment. Able to share ideas and work together in a mixed team of onsite (client site) and offshore (mainly in India).
