Job Description 【Recruitment Background】

The company's SES division is unique in that it handles a large number of prime contracting projects.
Some of them are web development projects such as major human resource media and entertainment consumer applications, and you can also gain experience in a modern development environment.

【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for various processes from requirement definition to operation and maintenance.
More than 80% of the company's work is done as prime contractors, allowing you to consistently gain experience in upstream and downstream processes, which is important for improving your skills as an engineer.
In the future, the company plans to actively offer job rotations, including those in its in-house product divisions, in line with its philosophy of placing importance on career development for engineers, in addition to being active as core members of the frontline.
In addition, although the work style is mainly based on being stationed at the clients' site, there is always a day to return to the office once a month, and the company provides an opportunity to communicate with all employees.

After being assigned to a project site, projects are basically carried out in teams of 5 to 10 engineers.
In order to ensure that each engineer's voice is reflected in their career, sales and supervisors visit the project site once a week to conduct interviews.
