Job Description	The company is a general trading company that sells delicious domestic fruits and vegetables to Japan and overseas, and will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2024. This time, we are looking for a candidate to be in charge of our new "EC business". The number of orders has increased sharply, and we are currently reviewing the system and stabilizing it. We expect you to review the business flow and promote the strengthening of the system while taking over the current sales strategy and operation management. ■Role and Mission: As a candidate for the EC business manager, you will be in charge of the overall management and operation of EC sales operations, including planning sales strategies, operation management, planning and production, and product procurement adjustments. Sales are conducted on our company website, LINE Gift, Rakuten, and Amazon. ■Job details: Specifically, we expect to entrust you with the following tasks according to your experience. After joining the company, you will be present during the phase where you will get your hands dirty. ・Planning sales strategies for our own EC site ・Web marketing・Management and operation of our own EC site ・Planning promotional campaigns, etc. ・Management of team members ・Recruiting personnel (depending on business expansion) ・Customer support ■Characteristics of the job: ・Initially, you will be responsible for understanding seasonal products, assembling products accordingly, and reviewing the logistics flow. ・Since the main products are for gifts, you will be responsible for giving instructions such as making gift wrapping, but packaging is handled by a subsidiary, so you will not be in charge of that. ■Organizational structure: Currently, the EC division consists of one manager (who also serves as the PR manager) and one member. Those who join us are expected to become the manager of the EC division in the future. ■About our own EC site "Seika": This is a new EC site specializing in fruit gifts proposed by Funasho, a long-established fruit and vegetable wholesaler with a 100-year history that specializes in domestic fruits.
