| Job Description |
This role primarily provides daily technical and functional support to Key Users in Japan's Regional SAP team and plays a pivotal role in enhancing communication and facilitating interactions between the Regional Business and the Global SAP team. It may also involve training Key Users and End Users on an as-needed basis. Description Key responsibility 1 : Daily local support - Solving, tracking and reporting issues by communicating with Key-users and Global SAP team on the following domains : SAP SD main /backup Domain - Monitoring support SLA and submit management reports regularly Key responsibility 2 : SAP Release support - Understand the release content communicate the impacts including change managements to the stakeholders - Support and coordinate Key-Users' tests and procedure/manual updates during the urgent or regular SAP releases. - Coordination of the non-regression testing / including support for Test automation - Support the maintenance of documentation Key responsibility 3 : Coordination between Global and local - Following up incident resolution and releases - Support the business in communicating the priority and contents of issues / requests with the Global team Key responsibility 4 : KU / EU training - Proactively create training plans for the new contents in Gemini (Our in-house ERP) or contents relevant to particular user or team for knowledge enhancement Profile - Business process analysis skill - Broad understanding of IT (SAP or any other ERP/Web based intranet system＋IT governance) - Substantial knowledge of similar business structure (Wholesale, Finance, Logistics etc.) - Strong command of presentation - Positive and logical thinker - Leadership - Strong ownership of tasks - Creative and pro-active problem solver - Committed & delivery oriented - Can offer every effort to attain the target - Team Player - Enthusiasm learner for other domains Job Offer - Competitive salary package and benefits - A dynamic, energetic working environment with good work/life balance - Opportunity to enhance knowledge and experience related with IT/SAP To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
