3 to 5 years of working experience as a Business Analyst to elicit, analyze, validate, consolidate and prioritize business and systems requirements with an Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree Mandatory experience as a Business analyst and business consultant in the Embedded software domain. Experience and knowledge about Electrical, Electronics, and Embedded Software development process. Experience and knowledge about Electrical, Electronics, and Embedded Software development solutions and tools. Proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above level) Respond to and manage change well. Flexible and adaptable. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Understand culture differences and diversity, good team player, and teamwork. Ability to drive for results and ensure accountability of tasks. Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to change. You feel a strong match with UD Trucks and Digital Solutions and want to work on innovative products to support embedded software and ECU development in truck manufacturing. |
