As an APAC IT Support and Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering level 2 support for retail stores and local offices, ensuring the smooth operation of server and network infrastructure. Description * Manage level 2 support for retail stores and local offices. * Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure. * Facilitate store openings and closings in Japan. * Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure alignment with global standards. Profile * Proficiency in Hyper-V management; VMware experience preferred. * Experience supporting Windows-based server software and Apple-based devices. * Familiarity with Azure, Intune, AutoPilot, and server software. * Strong team player with excellent communication and customer service skills. * Fluent Japanese proficiency and proficient in English.
