[After joining the company] After joining the company, we will determine the most suitable project through an interview, taking into consideration your skills, experience, aptitude, and inclinations. For those with less experience, you will be in charge of projects that allow you to demonstrate your skills early on, such as testing, maintenance, and operation, while those with more experience will be in charge of projects such as requirements definition and construction.
