Job Description Embed consistency of approach, documentation, and management of requirements from inception to delivery.
Work closely with different business units to identify required enhancements, assist in system reviews, analyze data, solution design, and provide support through to implementation.
Work with Technical teams on designing solutions and implementation of deliverables.
Good understanding of Agile methods (SCRUM) and applying agile ceremonies.
Ensure awareness of relevant regulatory requirements that impact the development of solutions.
Experience in identifying, owning, and managing risks and issues including mitigation and remediation throughout the life of the project.
Prepare, co-ordinate and perform various testing phases like UAT and ensure post implementation support and handover.
Develop good working relationships and communication with all business teams.
Respond promptly to internal and external team and ensure their needs and requests are addressed.
Awareness about Webservices and XML /JSON format data exchange over APIs
Ensure awareness of relevant regulatory requirements that impact the development of solutions.
Ensure team training and process documents are reviewed and updated.

Job
Requirements		 You will have at the least 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, proven testing and UAT experience, an understanding of the SDLC, both traditional Waterfall and Agile and demonstrated specification and business writing skills.
You will have an excellent communication in English and Japanese, effective negotiations skills at all levels of organization.
Knowledge and experience in the Air travel domain
Basic understanding about Webservices and XML /JSON format data exchange over APIs
Awareness on AWS Cloud Technologies
Awareness about Relational/Non-Relational databases
Basic knowledge in one programming language.
English Level Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
Japanese Level Business Level(JLPT Level 2 or N2)
Salary JPY - Japanese Yen JPY 5000K - JPY 9000K   
Holidays Compensation: Based on competence and skill set
Holidays: Saturdays & Sundays, National Holidays, December 30th to January 3rd
Leave:  15-day annual paid leave and 6-day annual sick leave
Insurance: Health, Unemployment Insurance, Occupational Injury, and Workers' Compensation
Probation Period: 3 months after the day of commencement
