【仕事内容】 １．フィリピン工場にて工場の管理業務をお任せします。（マネジメント経験要） ２．フィリピン工場にて工場内機器類の管理業務をお任せします。（機器類の扱い等の経験要） 【背景】 現在はフィリンピンに第１・２工場を構えており、国内外の需要増加に伴い、生産量の最大化を目指し2024年12月に新規工場（第３工場）を増設しました。今回、その体制強化のための増員募集です。生産過程で発生する不良品の流通防止を行うとともに、その体制を属人的にならずに継続的な体制として築いていただけることを期待します。 |
