Job Description This role will provide you the opportunity to use English more than 50% of your day. You will be in communication with customers and partners worldwide. You will be the lifeline support for Japanese customers who may be in danger, injured, or experience some type of difficult circumstance overseas. You will need to be the English/Japanese communication point on behalf of these customers, arranging their travel and expatriation.


Description

1. Able to handle outpatient matters (initial examination, re-examination arrangements, etc.) by one person.
- Be able to select the correct branch/provider and give clear instructions when making arrangements.
- Recognize that this is an outpatient case and be able to quickly and accurately report the situation to the client.
2. Able to arrange patient admission by himself/herself
- Able to clearly and accurately guide the flow of arrangements.
- Accurately grasp the content of the other person's conversation and be able to convey it concisely yourself
- Select the correct branch/provider to make arrangements
- Recognize that the case is a hospitalization case and be able to quickly and accurately report the situation to the client.
3. Arrangements for patient transportation (return home) can be made with support.
・Be able to explain the procedures for making arrangements for the patient to return home.
- Be able to select the correct branch/provider and give clear instructions when making arrangements.
- Recognize that the case is a return trip and be able to quickly and accurately report the situation to the client.
4. Arrangements for death cases can be made with support.
- Be able to select the correct branch/provider and give clear instructions when making arrangements.
- Able to recognize that it is a fatal case and quickly and accurately report the situation to the client.
5. Arrangements can be made for foreigners visiting Japan while receiving support.
・Be able to understand and respond to the characteristics of Japanese medical institutions
・When taking over a project from a colleague, understand the details accurately, and when handing over a case, provide accurate and easy-to-understand explanations.
- Be able to select the correct branch/provider and give clear instructions when making arrangements.
- Be able to recognize that the case is for a foreigner visiting Japan and quickly and accurately report the situation to the client.


Profile

* Excellent communication skillset, logical thinker
* Able to solve problems with little supervision
* Bilingual ability in Business English/Japanese
