The IT Operations Specialist will manage IT projects and provide support to the Retail team, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and successful project delivery. Description * The key responsibilities of this role include managing store opening activities, providing 2nd level IT support, managing vendor relationships, ensuring sales data reconciliation, taking ownership of IT and infrastructure-related projects, and building effective relationships with stakeholders. * You will be expected to plan and manage schedules, deal with IT issues, challenge the team to think innovatively, drive the success of IT projects, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to implement a new POS system. Profile * 5+ years of experience in Retail industries and POS application/project-related activities * Strong knowledge of POS application * Good interpersonal, problem-solving, conflict resolution skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team. * Japanese and English fluency Job Offer * The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team * Work-life balance with a Monday to Friday-schedule, allowing you to enjoy your personal and family life.
