Responsibilities: ・Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful transition and project launch ・Execute, monitor, and control projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets and financial structures ・Oversee defense contract procedures, including quotations, bids, contracts, deliveries, and payments ・Foster strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and industrial partners ・Anticipate and resolve any issues or risks that may impact project delivery ・Provide local support to Thales Global Business Units, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability ・Support the generation of future orders and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle ・Projects are delivered with the highest quality standards and in accordance with contractual requirements ・Document preparation, including translation from English to Japanese and vice versa |

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related discipline 5 to 10 years of project management experience, delivering large projects in a technically complex environment Experience in the delivery of industrial or hardware projects Strong supply chain management skills Experience working with the Ministry of Defense (MOD) and knowledge of its processes Bid management experience is a plus Business-level proficiency in English (verbal and written) Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and a team player Able to do frequent travel within Japan or overseas (duration of 1-2 weeks) Join our team and be part of an organization that is at the forefront of defense technology.
