Job Description |
1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and growth objectives. Identify new market opportunities and untapped segments to drive business expansion. 2. Strategic Partnership Building and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, partners and key stakeholders. Work with existing clients to identify add-on and cross-selling opportunities. 3. Lead Generation and Conversion: Acquire high-quality leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling and referrals. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to win new business contracts. 4. Negotiations and Deal Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure favorable terms and agreements. Work closely with legal and finance departments to ensure contracts and agreements comply with company policies. 5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor performance and revenue growth and report to management. Adjust strategies to optimize business development activities using data-driven insights. |

Job Requirements |
[Requirements] 1. Native level Japanese language skills and business level English skills; fluency in Chinese is a plus. 2. Bachelor's degree from a top Japanese university; Master's/MBA or overseas experience is a plus. 3. Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience, preferably in a management position. 4. Strong understanding of Japanese market dynamics, customer behavior and industry trends. 5. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills. 6. Leadership skills and ability to effectively lead and manage a team. |
