Job Description	As an assistant to the site supervisor, you will manage and adjust work so that construction is carried out smoothly. - Take and manage photos of the site to check if construction is progressing as planned. - If progress is behind schedule, contact partner companies and arrange for additional personnel. After joining the company, you will receive training in accordance with the curriculum to learn the basics, such as "business etiquette," "overview of the construction industry," "the process until a building is completed," "about the job of construction management," and "how to write and read architectural drawings," so you can feel at ease even if you have no experience. You will start with support work, but in the future you can pursue various paths, such as a "CAD technician" who draws blueprints, a "construction manager" who is the leader of the site, or an "interior designer" who handles interior design! *Clearance of scope of legal changes to work content: Work content may change in the future.
