Job Description	We will manage the decorative materials needed to set up booths and gates at exhibitions and event venues, as well as handle various management tasks related to maintenance, shipping, warehousing, and storage. We process materials as necessary, pack them according to instructions, and ship them to the venue. After the materials are returned, we will manage them, including maintenance. 【Workflow】 ▼Material securing and management Because we sometimes reuse materials that have been used at other venues, we manage data such as ``500 pieces of which materials in which exhibition venue'' using an in-house system. We will look at the drawings and secure or procure the necessary materials at each factory. Check to see if the necessary materials are available at the time of shipment, and if they are being used for other events at the same time. Once we have everything ready, we will give you instructions on processing and maintenance in advance. ▼Packing Picking materials stored on shelves. Packing specifications and dimensions are fixed, so we constantly go around and check for irregular packaging. ▼Label pasting Once you've attached a label so you know which venue it is, that's the signal that it's ready to ship. ▼Loading Load the truck with a forklift according to its destination. ▼Materials management at the venue We manage materials unloaded from trucks at a temporary factory and perform additional processing as necessary. ▼Removal After the event ends, the items will be returned in their original condition. We call a contractor's truck to load it, and when we return to the factory the next day, we unload it and send the materials to maintenance. Items entrusted to us by clients are packed and shipped according to instructions. Check the boxes if there are any materials that need to be procured. [We also propose materials according to your needs] There are a variety of materials available to suit customer needs in terms of price and delivery date, but if our sales staff does not know the material, they may consult with us and suggest the appropriate material. There are also cases where new materials are put in and produced at the exhibition venue. [Flow after joining] ▼Start with 3 months of basic training You will experience the work of all teams for each material in charge of "aluminum", "GDO (graphic design operation)", "board", "large and small items (equipment chains and stickers, etc.)". After that, you will decide where you will be assigned based on your wishes and aptitude. Under OJT from your seniors, you will be in charge of a complete set of tasks and deepen your understanding of management work. ▼Site debut After joining the company, you can take advantage of the forklift license acquisition support system, and if you become accustomed to using the lift in the factory, you can go to the site within 3 months after joining the company. The frequency of on-site visits (one site) is approximately 3 days/month.

Working Hours	9:00-18:00 (8 hours actual work) *Overtime is about 17 hours per month on average. During busy periods in March, May, August, and November, there is an average of 45 hours of overtime per month, but we hope to reduce this burden with this recruitment.

Other Salary Description	Monthly salary of 250,000 to 360,000 yen + various allowances + bonus twice a year Salary will be determined based on experience, age, ability, etc. The above amount includes fixed overtime pay of 20 hours per month and 30,000 yen or more.
