As a Linux server engineer, you will ensure the smooth operation of Linux-based servers by installing, configuring, and maintaining them. Also troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and implement security measures. Description * Installation and configuration: set up new Linux servers, configure them for specific purposes (web server, database server, etc.), and install necessary software packages. * User and group management: create and manage user accounts and groups, ensuring proper access controls and permissions on the system. * Package management: install, update, and remove software packages efficiently. * Performance monitoring: monitor server performance metrics, memory utilization, and disk space to identify and troubleshoot potential bottlenecks.
