Job Description |
As the APAC ABM and Field Marketing Director, you will drive demand generation for Scandit portfolio in APAC. Working within the Global Marketing team, and managing 1 field marketing specialist, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of an integrated marketing plan for the APAC region. You will partner with the sales and BDRs, and work closely with content, campaigns, digital, industry solutions, product and customer advocacy teams to deliver on pipeline targets for the region. The role reports to the Global Field Marketing, ABM and Events Senior Director. Your objective is to build and execute on the ambitious regional marketing plan, aligned with the company strategy and pipeline growth targets - creating awareness and excitement about our technology, driving its adoption and expansion among new and existing customers. ■You understand ABM and you are able to build a strategy for effective customer acquisition campaigns and programs across different verticals and buying personas. ■You have experience in applying a diverse mix of tactics – outbound campaigns, C-level programs, digital, events, PR, direct mail, etc - to deliver the right communication to the right customers at the right time. ■You are good at planning and forecasting the outcome of quarterly and annual marketing activities that will deliver the pipeline, aligning with BDR and Sales organizations on the goals and tactics. ■You have a good judgment and know how to derive the most ROI from the available budget, and you can guide your team on how to create solid business justification for program investments. ■You love data and know how to use it to make decisions and judge the effectiveness of regional marketing programs. ■You are a team player – knowing when and how to leverage the power of supporting functions and your peers in the marketing and sales organizations to ensure that we work as one team. ■You are the ambassador of Scandit high-performance culture that values learning, innovation and commitment to quality. ■You are passionate and results-driven, you enjoy the challenge of a fast-growing SaaS environment and the sense of satisfaction knowing that you played an important role in company’s success. |

Job Requirements |
■8+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or other IT business. ■Bachelor or Master level degree in marketing, communications, or business administration. ■Extensive knowledge and experience with traditional and digital marketing execution tactics. Proven success in building impactful integrated ABM programs driving awareness and demand. ■Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; native Japanese, fluent English. ■Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to make decisions. ■Objectives-driven, with commitment to deliver against pipeline targets. ■Field marketing management experience across multiple countries in APAC, team management experience. ■Experience working with 3rd party vendors, managing budget and contracts. ■Planning and project management. |
