Position Overview: Improve the category and metadata structure of products and support the improvement of UI/UX from the data structure aspect. Responsibilities: Analyze and define requirements for the business Design metadata (e.g., product attributes) for product groups based on requirements KPI formulation and monitoring of KPI for the created structural data Review of improvement plans for existing systems in the use of structural data Responding to inquiries from inside and outside the company proofreading/reviewing responses Required Skills: Interest in and knowledge of e-commerce sites Able to work spontaneously and proactively Able to solve problems while thinking logically Able to communicate with others from their point of view Business-level Japanese (N2 or above) Desired Skills: Experience in marketing (competitive research, market research, etc.) Experience in corroboration through public documents is a plus Interest in and knowledge of metadata design (e.g., product attributes) Experience in customer support Experience in project/operations management |
