Job Description Leading business control PL team in Ageo plant to secure timely and quality in all financial activities.
Deliver quality assured financial and KPI-related reporting and analysis of Transportation Operation Japan and UD Packaging in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform/drive variance analysis between actual and target or estimated levels of Transportation Operation Japan and UD Packaging.
Review and submit Standard cost of Sales (SCS) information under annual SCS process of Transportation Operation Japan and UD Packaging.
Prepare financial estimate of Transportation Operation Japan and UD Packaging.
Work close to UDT PL and other functions within UDT in order to optimize E2E cost performance.
Interface with the Isuzu Group companies in terms of financial performance related to logistics PMI.
Ensuring working process comply with internal control requirement.
Ad hoc report or assignment as needed to support senior manager.
Being finance business partner of UD Packaging operation globally by provide prompt feedback to any queries from other business controllership or business area counterparts.
Responsible for the follow up and control on income flow.
Responsible for the follow up and control on investment, packaging stock take and operating expenses.
Support UD Packaging operation for review and validate Packaging Transaction Fee, Over Stock Fee, Replacement Fee and other income fee.
Coordinate & lead several operational levels and some Tactical meetings.
Working with workstream leader to secure business case and savings inclusive actual performance tracking.

Requirements		 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ finance or relevant experience.
Good networking skills in a multi-cultural environment.
Strong analysis skill, critical thinking and teamwork spirit.
Good communication skill and ability to transform data into business information both in English / Japanese.
Good command of spoken and written English / Japanese with high presentation skill.
