You will be in charge of supervisory duties at the front bell service, where you will meet many guests within the hotel. In addition to regular front desk duties, in-charge duties (staff attendance management, training, time zone supervisor duties, etc.) 1) Providing services that exceed customer expectations while demonstrating teamwork 2) Check-in/check-out operations 3) Bell service (luggage storage, delivery service, concierge service) |
