・Know the list of E-chuck ceramic sintering production equipment and suppliers, and build an E-chuck ceramic sintering production line. - Familiar with blueprints, ceramic manufacturing programs, and recipes, and understand the key points of ceramic plate sintering technology ・Optimize processes and procedures to contribute to improved yield rate ・Monitor production technology data and resolve technical problems during the manufacturing process ・Development of electrostatic suction cup ceramic plates for companies such as TEL and AMEC ・Leading the technological development of electrostatic suction cup products used in 10nm and smaller processes |

We are currently located in the Pei Semiconductor Industry Park, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. Our company focuses on supplying domestically produced electrostatic suction cups, and our mission is to provide high quality services and realize stable supply to the local market. The company has more than 60 employees, a team of three R&D scientists, and two overseas consultants. The core management team has 6 people, and the core R&D team has 12 people, of which 5 are foreign nationals. The average semiconductor industry experience of our core R&D team is experts with over 15 years. Our product line completely covers electrostatic suction cup products for major etching equipment above 14nm, and these products are used by domestic 12-inch and 8-inch integrated circuit companies. |

【Prerequisite】 ・More than 5 years of 8 and 12 inch E-chuck ceramic sintering experience ・Familiar with the basic mechanism of ceramic sintering, especially knowledge of electrostatic suction cup sintering - Holding a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably majoring in materials science or a related field, but candidates with extensive work experience and without a bachelor's degree can also be considered. ・Familiar with SiN, Al2O3, or AlN ceramic plate manufacturing knowledge and technology (at least one) ・Understand the important technical points of E-chuck for Etch/PVD/CVD/Implant devices such as LAM KIYO, LAM FLEX 45, LAM KIYO CX/EX, AMAT Producer, AMAT Endura, TEL Vigus, etc. ・Experience with Shinko, NGK-NTK, TOTO, Kyocera in Japan, KST, LK, JESCO, BOBOO, YERICO, POWELL, MICO (KOMICO), etc. in Korea is preferred.
