[Cantonese customer interpretation] This is a customer interpreter job for a sports gym opening in Hong Kong. ・Respond to phone inquiries from gym members in Hong Kong in Cantonese ・Telephone report to Hong Kong vendor (in case of trouble) ・Enter and search customer information in Japanese using a dedicated system ・Respond to inquiries from Japanese gym members by phone or email [Example of inquiries from gym members] ・“I want to hear more about the campaign” ・“My machine is broken, what should I do?” etc. |
