Job Description As a Business Analyst,

- Implement offshore development projects from Japan.
- Liaise with Japan Business Unit or client on project schedule plan, project SOW, technical documents.
- Brief technical documents to project members based on Japanese design documents.
- Prepare user requirements, technical specifications and test documents.
- Manage projects on Program and Functional Testing, System Testing and deployment of product within scheduled time frame.
- Assured QMS standard is applied in projects.
- Diagnose and analyst issues in a project with an action plan.
- Be a subject matter expert in the project assigned.
- Translate from Japanese documents to English documents vice versa
- Responsible for project implementation, risk management and quality assurance.

Requirements		 Requirements:

- Candidate must possess Bachelors /Information Systems/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Java / J2EE / C# / VB.Net / ASP.Net / Cobol. Crystal Report.
- Experienced in Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL / MS-SQL database platforms are encourage to apply.
- Project Manager or Business Analyst experience will be an added advantage.
- PMP Cert (wiil be an added advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, creative and result-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Japanese native speaker or JLPT ( N1/N2)
- Fluent in English (Verbally and Written)
English Level Business Conversation Level (TOEIC 735-860)
Japanese Level Fluent(JLPT Level 1 or N1)
Chinese Level None
Salary MYR - Malaysian Ringgit MYR 78K - MYR 98K   
（Monthly Salary Range: MYR - Malaysian Ringgit MYR 6500 - MYR 8167 *Divided into12month ）
