Working Hours	シフト制【スクール営業時間】月～金： 13：00～22：00 土　　： 10：00～19：00 日　　： 10：00～18：00 1日実働 8時間（休憩1時間） ※日曜日は7時間勤務（休憩1時間）

Other Salary Description	※試用期間：3ヶ月（条件に変更はありません。） ※給与はスタート時の給与幅です。経験・スキル・能力等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。 ※インセンティブ（スクールの入会率や退会率などKPIに応じた手当で、試用期間終了後から支給対象となります。ノルマはありません。）上記の他に、・賞与（業績により支給 ※勤続2年目以降対象）・勤続給（年5,000円ずつ最大25,000円まで自動支給）・福利厚生費（年間20,000円 ※試用期間の翌月から対象）・資格手当あり（年間25,000円） ※固定残業代25h分含/超過分は全額支給します。 ※固定残業時間超過分が22時以降に及んだ場合は、深夜残業代を別途支給いたします。
Holidays	週休2日（シフト）制。希望を考慮して相談のうえ決定。祝日夏季休暇年末年始休暇有給休暇産休、育休年間休日125日（2022年度）
