Job Description	タイ国内にて、工場、商業施設などの建築施工管理をご担当いただきます。＜具体的には＞・日系クライアントとの打ち合わせ・工程進捗管理・ローカルスタッフ管理・工事を進める中で起こる問題解決
Company Info	ご紹介先は、東証プライム市場上場、大手総合建設会社のタイ現地法人です。設立以来60年にわたり、道路・橋・地下鉄建設などの社会的基盤整備である土木工事から、工場、ホテル、オフィスビルなどの建設工事まで幅広い工事に携わっています。この度、建築施工管理ポジションの募集を行います。
Working Hours	8:00～17:00
Job Requirements	＜必須条件＞・建築施工管理で10年ほどご経験のある方・英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方＜歓迎条件＞・1級建築士、1建築施工管理技士の資格をお持ちの方・ゼネコン出身の方・工場、商業施設のご案件に長けた方・海外勤務経験あり（タイ、東南アジアでの経験がある方が望ましい）
English Level	Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)
Japanese Level	Native Level
Salary	THB - Thai Baht THB 1500K - THB 2250K
Other Salary Description	【給与】月給：Gross 120,000 ～ 170,000 THB ※試用期間：3か月（90％） ※経験、能力により決定します。（上記以上も検討可）【昇給・賞与】昇給：年1回賞与：年1回（平均2カ月）【諸手当】住宅費サポート現場に向かう際の交通費支給【福利厚生】入社時航空券民間医療保険年１回帰国費用
