What you need: * Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred * Minimum of seven years of paid professional experience, client-facing preferred * Ability to travel to work on-site at client locations when needed as organizations increase in-person interactions * Track record of successfully leading projects that resulted in an impact on outcomes for client accounts * Full fluency in both Japanese and English * You must be authorized to work in Japan on a full-time basis What we offer: We build exceptional workplaces, starting with our own.
