JAC Recruitment started in 1975 as the first Japanese recruitment agency in the UK. It expanted outside the UK with the first overseas office in Singapore opening in 1987, closely followed by Tokyo,Japan in 1988. The key global expasion of the JAC Recruitment network has continued over the past ten years with the addition of JAC Malaysia,JAC Indonesia,JAC Thailand and JAC China.

JAC Japan continues its rapid expasion within that country from its current network of offices in Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe. This company made its debut on the JASDAQ market in Tokyo in September 2006.
