仕事内容	1.施工管理 -お客様、社内及び、請負業者向け施工計画書の作成 ( NROマネージャーの指示による) -お客様との定期会議への参加 -お客様への完成報告書の提出 -プロダクトマネージャーへの工事進捗状況報告 2.請負業者管理 -請負業者の品質、安全及び、工事施工技術の監督 -施工体制台帳、施工体制図、帳簿の準備 (NROマネージャーの指示による) 3.建設業法、規制関連事項及び、会社間契約の順守と実施 4.労働安全衛生法12-2に基づく安全衛生管理 Act as NRO manager assistant in Telecommunication Construction Work with task and responsibility as below. 1.Construction Execution Control -Preparing (Under NRO managers instruction) Construction Execution Plan (Seko Keikakusho). -Making (Under NRO managers instruction) the Construction Execution Plan known thoroughly within the company and to the subcontractor(s) as well as Customer. -Participating in periodical and implementation customer meetings -Submitting completion report to customer in region -Reporting progress of implementation to project manager 2.Subcontractor Control -Supervising the quality, labor safety, process and construction execution technology, relating to subcontractor(s). -Preparing (Under NRO managers instruction ) the “Construction Execution Control Register (Under NRO managers instruction)”, “ Construction Execution Organisation Chart (Under NRO managers instruction)” and “Contract Data Form (Under NRO managers instruction ChouBo)” 3.Operation and observance of matters specified in the Construction Business Law and other related Laws and Regulations. 4.Control Safety & Health matters specified in the Industrial Safety and Health Law, Article 12-2 as Safety and Health Promoter.

応募条件	通信の現場監督代理人（施工監理）経験３年以上監理技術者（電気通信、電気、土木）の資格を約１年未満で所得予定の方。 1.Diploma or upper degree 2.Experience and knowledge of telecommunication network implementation (2 years level) 3.Good communication capability toward customer and internal members 4.Experience and capability of leading a small team.
英語能力	日常会話(TOEIC 475-730)
日本語能力	流暢(日本語能力試験1級)
年俸	800万円以下
給与に関する説明	交通費全額支給(上限50,000円）
休日	完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日年末年始休暇クリスマス休暇年次有給休暇慶事休暇
