| 仕事内容 |
You will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to customers in Japan and reporting to a Manager of Sales Engineering APAC. As the part of their growing business they do have 2 headcounts for this role. Description * Assist sales team to identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities within your assigned region and lead sales effort. * Pre-sales technical support for your assigned products. * Provide field support on critical post-sales support issues to achieve unsurpassed customer satisfaction. * Work with sales team to develop and enhance customer and partner relationships. * Create and deliver accurate and technically correct sales presentations and proposals both directly to end users and partners. * Be involved in communication with customers and partners on product changes, product upgrades and product innovations. * Provides feedback and marketing intelligence to sales team and product marketing team to ensure company's products remain competitive in the market. Profile * University degree in Management Information System, Computing, or similar subject. * Technical experience in IT industry with at least 2 years in a customer facing role. * Ability to develop and enhance customer/partner relationships. * Consultative selling skill, capable of discovering customer pains and proposing solutions. * Good presentation skill, capable of articulating technical proposals to decision makers at both technical and business levels. * Capable of working independently under sales objectives assigned by regional sales director.
