Job Description |
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs for sales advisers. This role ensures that all staff are knowledgeable about the brand's products and are equipped with the skills to provide an exceptional customer experience. Description * Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to various roles within the sales and retail teams * Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for sales teams, beauty advisers, and retail partners. * Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics. * Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales departments to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals.
