| 仕事内容 |
As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the marketing department, focusing on strategic enhancement of large joint products and market analysis. You will lead a team, manage key product strategies, and drive educational initiatives to support market growth. Description * Manage and develop a team of Product Managers and Business Development Managers. * Create and implement product strategies, including regulatory and insurance aspects, aligned with overall marketing objectives. * Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) doctors, addressing their needs and leveraging their insights for product management. * Conduct market analysis and promote products to enhance market share and profitability. * Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met across product lines. * Oversee product education initiatives to support strategic marketing activities. Profile * University or technical high school graduate. * At least 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the medical (orthopedic) industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. * Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (oral and written). * Reliable, precise, and capable of managing multiple projects and outsourcing relationships. * Demonstrates creative thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and project management skills. * Knowledge of the extremities market and robust marketing experience.
