| Job Description |
As an International Project Manager, you will oversee and drive the success of complex transformation projects for the Company, ensuring they meet business objectives and quality standards. You will develop comprehensive project plans, lead cross-functional teams, and promote best practices within the organization. Description * Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of international projects from initiation to closure. * Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk management. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, milestones, and responsibilities. * Establish clear communication channels to report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. * Monitor performance metrics to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards. * Identify and mitigate risks, and execute contingency plans to minimize disruptions. * Conduct regular project status meetings and report to senior management. * Support the Transformation and Project Management Office with business reviews and compliance. * Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor project team members. * Contribute to building a high-performing project management team and improving project management quality. Profile * Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience. * Fluency in English (C1 or above) and Japanese (N1 or native level). * 5+ years of experience managing complex international projects with diverse teams. * Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * High cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. * Willingness to travel internationally as required. Preferred Qualifications * PMP or PRINCE2 certification. * Experience in driving complex transformative initiatives. * Consulting experience in professional services or in-house consulting. * Background in molecular biology, genomics, or personalized medicine. * Knowledge of additional European languages (French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish).
