Working Hours |
Currently, we rotate between the following shift: A: 9:00-17:30 B: 10:30-19:00 C: 8:00 - 16:30 D: 16:00 - 00:30 *There is generally no overtime, so you can have a fulfilling private life. *2 days off per week |
Job Requirements |
■ Required conditions ・Those who can work with a strong service spirit ・ Those who are interested in customer service ・ Native level of verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and fluent in English (conversation, reading and writing) ・Those who want to make use of it ・Time management skills ・Those who can work shifts ■Welcome conditions ・Those who are proactive and value teamwork ・Those who have majored in or completed hospitality, tourism, or related fields ・Those who have practical experience in a large-scale call center ・Those who have more than 1 year of hotel business experience |
