We are currently looking for a contract employee to work at an IT help desk position at a foreign-affiliated customer's site. Business content Responding to inquiries from users Troubleshooting around the desktop (PC, phone, printer, etc.) IT support for meetings Testing of newly introduced systems and software Cooperation with global IT Create ticket Power outage support Regular visits to factories in Kanagawa Prefecture (1-2 times a month) |

Job Requirements |
More than 2 year's experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician. Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
